Guidelines for Determining Methanol Consumption Rates Used in Calculations of Maximum Allowable/Temporarily Approved Concentrations of Methanol Released by Facilities Operated by Gazprom OAO
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The instruction applies to stationary, point, site and extended permanent and periodic sources of pollution of water bodies. Establishes the method of calculating the consumption of methanol for the purpose of inhibiting the gas production system, the general principles for determining the maximum allowable (PDS) and temporarily coordinated discharge (BCC) of methanol in the composition of wastewater, standards for dumping into the sewage of settlements, other environmental objects positive conclusion of the state environmental review, and a license obtained in the prescribed manner.
