Guidelines for preparation of capital construction projects in St. Petersburg City
Руководство по подготовке объектов капитального строительства в городе Санкт-Петербурге
Status: Effective. By order of the Construction Committee dated 12/18/2013 No. 143 adopted by the RMD 11-22-2013 St. Petersburg
The manual applies to the organizational and technical procedure for the implementation of urban planning activities in St. Petersburg in terms of architectural and construction design of capital construction projects to ensure their construction, reconstruction and major repairs, regardless of funding sources and forms of ownership.
Руководство распространяется на организационно-технический порядок осуществления градостроительной деятельности на территории Санкт-Петербурга в части архитектурно-строительного проектирования объектов капитального строительства для обеспечения их строительства, реконструкции и капитального ремонта, независимо от источников финансирования и форм собственности.
