The instruction defines the basic requirements for the composition and content of materials in the territory of the Russian Federation, the procedure for the development, consideration, approval and approval of town-planning documentation. Requirements Instructions are mandatory for all organizations, institutions and enterprises, regardless of their departmental affiliation and ownership.
