These sanitary rules and norms are developed in accordance with the RSFSR Law "On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population" and "Regulations on the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Regulation", approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 1994 No. 625 and establish the criteria for: - determining admissibility employment of persons under the age of 18; - selection of jobs for vocational training of students of general education schools and vocational education institutions; - Amendments and additions to the 'List of industries, professions and jobs with difficult and harmful working conditions, on which the employment of persons under 18 years of age is prohibited; - the allocation of occupations and types of work for the preferential use of work of adolescents and employment in their free time from study.
Настоящие санитарные правила и нормы разработаны в соответствии с Законом РСФСР 'О санитарно-эпидемиологическом благополучии населения' и 'Положением о государственном санитарно-эпидемиологическом нормировании', утвержденным постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 5 июня 1994 г. № 625 и устанавливают критерии: - определения допустимости применения труда лиц, не достигших 18-летнего возраста; - выбора рабочих мест для профессиональной подготовки учащихся общеобразовательных школ и учреждений профессионального образования; - внесения изменений и дополнений в 'Список производств, профессий и работ с тяжелыми и вредными условиями труда, на которых запрещается применение труда лиц моложе 18 лет; - выделение профессий и видов работ для преимущественного применения труда подростков и занятости в свободное от учебы время.
