Hygienic Requirements for Chemical Cleaning of Domestic Products

Sanitary regulations are valid throughout the Russian Federation and establish sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the placement, planning, sanitary engineering equipment, as well as the technological process and production equipment in the organizations of dry cleaning of household products aimed at preventing the adverse effects of the production environment factors on workers' health as well as the adverse effects of these objects on the environment and the health of the resident population. Sanitary regulations apply to the organizations under construction, reconstructed and operating dry cleaning of household products, regardless of the organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership.
Санитарные правила действуют на всей территории Российской Федерации и устанавливают санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к размещению, планировке, санитарно-техническому оснащению, а также к технологическому процессу и производственному оборудованию в организациях химической чистки бытовых изделий, направленные на предупреждение неблагоприятного воздействия факторов производственной среды на здоровье работников, а также неблагоприятного влияния этих объектов на окружающую среду и здоровье проживающего населения. Санитарные правила распространяются на строящиеся, реконструируемые и действующие организации химической чистки бытовых изделий независимо от организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности.
