Status: Not effective
The rules apply to passenger cable cars (ППДД): a) with ring traffic with chairs or cabins permanently fixed on one carrying rope - ring roads; b) with the pendulum movement of cars, one- and two-cable, - pendulum roads. The rules do not apply to roads: a) single- and two-cable with rolling stock disconnected at the stations; b) towing for skiers; c) underground suspended cable.
Правила распространяются на пассажирские подвесные канатные дороги (ППКД): а) с кольцевым движением с постоянно закрепленными на одном несущетяговом канате креслами или кабинами - кольцевые дороги; б) с маятниковым движением вагонов, одно- и двухканатные, - маятниковые дороги. Правила не распространяются на дороги: а) одно- и двухканатные с отключаемым на станциях подвижным составом; б) буксировочные для лыжников; в) подземные подвесные канатные.
