The rules apply to charging and mixing equipment, as well as machines and devices used for the delivery of explosives and (or) their components (hereinafter referred to as general explosives) to the locations of blasting operations and work with explosive materials (VM), unpacking, grinding, overloading explosives into other means of mechanization. They apply to equipment used to prepare explosives for loading outside stationary points, their manufacture immediately before loading and for loading bore-holes, wells and mine chambers in open and underground mining, with the exception of mines (mines) hazardous for gas or dust. (The listed equipment, machines and devices are hereinafter referred to as “equipment”).
Правила распространяются на зарядное и смесительное оборудование, а также машины и устройства, используемые для доставки взрывчатых веществ и (или) их компонентов (далее по тексту в общем случае ВВ) к местам ведения взрывных работ и работ с взрывчатыми материалами (ВМ), растаривания, измельчения, перегрузки ВВ в другие средства механизации. Они распространяются на оборудование, используемое для подготовки ВВ к заряжанию вне стационарных пунктов, их изготовления непосредственно перед заряжанием и для заряжания шпуров, скважин и минных камер на открытых и подземных горных работах, за исключением шахт (рудников), опасных по газу или пыли. (Перечисленное оборудование, машины и устройства далее по тексту именуется «оборудование»).
