Method for Development of Standards for Water Consumption and Water Disposal at Thermal Energy Facilities

The method contains the main provisions for the calculation of individual and integrated (group) balance norms and standards of water consumption and wastewater per unit of output sold by thermal power plants. The methodology was developed on the basis of the “Industry Methodology for the Development of Standards and Standards of Water Consumption and Wastewater at Thermal Power Plants” (M .: SPO Soyuztehenergo, 1982), taking into account the accumulated experience in standardizing the water use of power plants in the 11th five-year period and is intended for personnel of thermal power plants and research and design institutes as the main regulatory document in the calculation of individual and enlarged balance standards, in determining the volume of water consumption and drainage various technological systems of the power plant.
Методика содержит основные положения по расчету индивидуальных и укрупненных (групповых) балансовых норм и нормативов водопотребления и водоотведения на единицу продукции, отпускаемой предприятиями теплоэнергетики. Методика разработана на основе «Отраслевой методики по разработке норм и нормативов водопотребления и водоотведения на предприятиях теплоэнергетики» (М.: СПО Союзтехэнерго, 1982), с учетом накопленного опыта работы по нормированию водопользования электростанций в 11-й пятилетке и предназначена для персонала тепловых электростанций и научно-исследовательских и проектных институтов в качестве основного нормативного документа при расчете индивидуальных и укрупненных балансовых норм, при определении объемов водопотребления и водоотведения различных технологических систем электростанции.
