Status: The document is not up to date. The updated version of SP 54.13330.2011 is valid. Residential multi-apartment buildings
The rules and regulations apply to the design and construction of newly constructed and reconstructed multi-family residential buildings up to 75 m high (hereinafter, adopted in accordance with SNiP 21-01), apartment-type dormitories, as well as residential buildings that are part of the premises of another functional purpose. Norms and rules do not apply: to blocked residential buildings designed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 31-02, in which the premises belonging to different apartments are not located one above another, and only the walls between adjacent blocks are common, as well as to mobile residential building. The rules do not regulate the conditions for the settlement of the building and the ownership of it, its apartments and individual premises.
Нормы и правила распространяются на проектирование и строительство вновь строящихся и реконструируемых многоквартирных жилых зданий высотой до 75 м (здесь и далее по тексту принятой в соответствии со СНиП 21-01), общежитий квартирного типа, а также жилых помещений, входящих в состав помещений зданий другого функционального назначения. Нормы и правила не распространяются: на блокированные жилые дома, проектируемые в соответствии с требованиями СНиП 31-02, в которых помещения, относящиеся к разным квартирам, не располагаются друг над другом, и общими являются только стены между соседними блоками, а также на мобильные жилые здания. Нормы не регламентируют условия заселения здания и формы владения им, его квартир и отдельных помещений.
