This recommendation establishes the main provisions on the organization and conduct of accreditation of the metrological services of legal entities for technical competence in the implementation of metrological supervision of the state and application of measuring instruments, certified measurement methods, standards of units, observance of metrological rules and norms, regulatory documents on ensuring the uniformity of measurements of GSI . This recommendation is intended for state scientific metrology centers and bodies of the State Metrological Service of Gosstandart of Russia, registered as accrediting bodies, as well as for the metrological services of legal entities, regardless of their departmental affiliation and forms of ownership, voluntarily applying for accreditation.
Настоящая рекомендация устанавливает основные положения по организации и проведению аккредитации метрологических служб юридических лиц на техническую компетентность в осуществлении метрологического надзора за состоянием и применением средств измерений, аттестованными методиками выполнения измерений, эталонами единиц величин, соблюдением метрологических правил и норм, нормативных документов по обеспечению единства измерений ГСИ. Настоящая рекомендация предназначена для государственных научных метрологических центров и органов Государственной метрологической службы Госстандарта России, зарегистрированных в качестве аккредитующих органов, а также для метрологических служб юридических лиц независимо от их ведомственной принадлежности и форм собственности, добровольно подавших заявки на аккредитацию.
