The recommendation establishes the main provisions of the methodology for measuring thermal energy and mass of the coolant in heating systems. The provisions of the recommendation apply to the measurement of thermal energy and the mass of the coolant by measuring instruments of both domestic and foreign production that meet the requirements of this recommendation. The recommendation is a basic document in the development of specific methods for measuring the thermal energy and mass of the coolant required for measurements.
Рекомендация устанавливает основные положения методики выполнения измерений тепловой энергии и массы теплоносителя в системах теплоснабжения. Положения рекомендации распространяются на измерения тепловой энергии и массы теплоносителя средствами измерений как отечественного, так и зарубежного производства, удовлетворяющими требованиям настоящей рекомендации. Рекомендация является базовым документом при разработке конкретных методик выполнения измерений тепловой энергии и массы теплоносителя, необходимых при измерениях.
