Occupational Safety and Health Requirements for Operation and Maintenance of Automobiles and Other Wheeled Vehicles in the Electric Power Industry

The rules contain safety requirements for the organization of transport operations to work managers, to the technical condition of vehicles and transport communications, the state of the internal production territory and production facilities, loading and unloading operations and the organization of cargo transportation, and traffic safety. The rules are intended for managers and specialists of energy organizations, owners of vehicles engaged in the operation and maintenance of vehicles, wheeled tractors, forklifts, mechanized trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles on a pneumatic pass.
Правила содержат требования безопасности при организации транспортных работ к руководителям работ, к техническому состоянию транспортных средств и транспортных коммуникаций, состоянию внутрипроизводственной территории и производственным помещениям, погрузочно-разгрузочным работам и организации перевозок грузов, а также безопасности движения. Правила предназначены для руководителей и специалистов организаций энергетики, владельцев транспортных средств, осуществляющих эксплуатацию и техническое обслуживание автомобилей, колесных тракторов, автопогрузчиков, механизированных тележек, мотоциклов и других транспортных средств на пневмоходу.
