The standards establish technical (assembly) requirements for the design of assembly sites for coal mines for complete block installation of mining equipment (shovel excavators with a bucket with a capacity of 4 m3 or more, rotary complexes and trunk conveyors) manufactured by domestic industry and purchased for import to be installed by Minmontazhspetstroy The USSR on the objects of open coal mining of production associations of the USSR Ministry of Coal Industry. The standards also determine the procedure for the participation of installers in the development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of coal mines.
Нормы устанавливают технические (монтажные) требования к проектированию монтажных площадок угольных разрезов для комплектно-блочного монтажа горнотранспортного оборудования (одноковшовых экскаваторов с ковшом вместимостью 4 м3 и более, роторных комплексов и магистральных конвейеров), изготовляемых отечественной промышленностью и закупаемых по импорту, подлежащих монтажу организациями Минмонтажспецстроя СССР на объектах открытой добычи угля производственных объединений Минуглепрома СССР. Нормы определяют также порядок участия монтажных организаций в разработке проектно-сметной документации на строительство угольных разрезов.
