The document outlines the main provisions of work on safety and industrial sanitation when servicing energy equipment in power plants, in thermal and electrical networks, as well as in organizations of the USSR Ministry of Energy, engaged in maintenance and repair of energy equipment. Instructions are recommended for all energy systems, thermal, hydraulic and nuclear power plants, electrical and thermal networks, and other enterprises dealing with the maintenance of energy equipment.
В документе изложены основные положения работы по технике безопасности и производственной санитарии при обслуживании энергетического оборудования на электростанциях, в тепловых и электрических сетях, а также в организациях Минэнерго СССР, занятых вопросами эксплуатации и ремонта энергетического оборудования. Указания рекомендуются для всех энергетических систем, тепловых, гидравлических и атомных электростанций, электрических и тепловых сетей и других предприятий, занимающихся вопросами обслуживания энергетического оборудования.
