Procedural Guidelines for the Determination of Error in Measurement of Active Electric Power During Generation and Distribution

Status: Effective
Guidelines (MU) apply to measuring the amount of active electrical energy of alternating current of industrial frequency, carried out under conditions of steady state operation of power systems and at a quality of electricity that meets the requirements of GOST 13109-87, using permanent measuring systems using inductive or electronic energy meters . The Methodical Guidelines provide a method for calculating the error of the measuring complex. Guidelines do not apply to the measurement of electricity using lines of remote (telemechanical) data transmission and using information-measuring systems.
Методические указания (МУ) распространяются на измерения количества активной электрической энергии переменного тока промышленной частоты, проводимые в условиях установившихся режимов работы энергосистем и при качестве электроэнергии, удовлетворяющем требованиям ГОСТ 13109-87, с помощью постоянно действующих измерительных комплексов с использованием счетчиков электроэнергии индукционной или электронной системы. В Методических указаниях приведен метод расчета погрешности измерительного комплекса. Методические указания не распространяются на измерения электроэнергии с использованием линий дистанционной (телемеханической) передачи данных и с использованием информационно-измерительных систем.
