Procedure for Government Metrological Inspection of the Manufacturing, Condition, and Application of Measuring Devices Certified Using Measurement Procedures, Standards, and Compliance with Metrological Standards and Codes

Status: Not effective. Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 1104 dated 08/17/2011 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 14, 2011 No. 21798, the text of the order was published in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta dated September 21, 2011 No. 210).
The document establishes the procedure for preparing, conducting and processing the results of state metrological supervision of the release, condition and use of measuring instruments, certified measurement methods, standards of units and observance of metrological rules and norms to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the established legal order and the economy of the Russian Federation from the negative effects of inaccurate measurement results, and is intended for state metrological authorities luzhby and state inspectors on maintenance of unity of measurements, as well as to the audited companies. State metrological supervision is carried out in associations, at enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of their subordination and forms of ownership in the form of inspections of production, condition and use of measuring instruments, standards and compliance with other metrological rules and norms.
Документ устанавливает порядок подготовки, проведения и оформления результатов государственного метрологического надзора за выпуском, состоянием и применением средств измерений, аттестованными методиками выполнения измерений, эталонами единиц величин и соблюдением метрологических правил и норм с целью защиты прав и законных интересов граждан, установленного правопорядка и экономики Российской Федерации от отрицательных последствий недостоверных результатов измерений, и предназначен для органов государственной метрологической службы и государственных инспекторов по обеспечению единства измерений, а также для проверяемых предприятий. Государственный метрологический надзор осуществляется в объединениях, на предприятиях, в организациях и учреждениях независимо от их подчиненности и форм собственности в виде проверок выпуска, состояния и применения средств измерений, эталонов и соблюдения иных метрологических правил и норм.
