Procedure of the order of holding of industrial safety expertise of rubber-rope conveying belts applied in hazardous industrial facilities
Методические рекомендации о порядке проведения экспертизы промышленной безопасности резинотросовых конвейерных лент, применяемых на опасных производственных объектах

Guidelines contain information about the requirements for safety and trouble-free operation of tapes, given in various regulatory and technical documentation; criteria for limiting the condition of the belts for their wear and damage, as well as recommendations for organizing the current and periodic monitoring of the condition of the belts and guidelines for conducting an expert examination and preparing an expert opinion and determine the totality and sequence of actions of the operating and expert organizations for the examination of industrial safety in operation tapes. Guidelines are intended for use by expert organizations licensed to conduct examination of conveyor belts in the coal, mining and metallurgical industries.
Методические рекомендации содержат сведения о требованиях по безопасности и безаварийной эксплуатации лент, приведенные в различной нормативно-технической документации; критерии предельного состояния лент по их износу и повреждениям, а также рекомендации по организации текущего и периодического контроля состояния лент и методические указания по проведению экспертного обследования и подготовке заключения экспертизы и определяют совокупность и последовательность действий эксплуатирующей и экспертной организаций по проведению экспертизы промышленной безопасности находящихся в эксплуатации лент. Методические рекомендации предназначены к применению экспертными организациями, имеющими лицензию на право проведения экспертизы конвейерных лент в угольной, горнорудной и металлургической промышленности.
