The set of rules establishes general requirements and rules for the creation and operation of a high-precision coordinate system on the infrastructure of railway transport. The action of this set of rules applies to the construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of railway transport infrastructure facilities and the operation of railway rolling stock. The code of rules is applied by specialized staff departments of the railways by specialized contracting organizations when creating a high-precision coordinate system and coordinate (geodesic) support for the design, construction, repair, reconstruction and operation of railway transport infrastructure.
Свод правил устанавливает общие требования и правила создания и эксплуатации высокоточной координатной системы на инфраструктуре железнодорожного транспорта. Действие настоящего свода правил распространяется на строительство, реконструкцию, ремонт и эксплуатацию объектов инфраструктуры железнодорожного транспорта и эксплуатацию железнодорожного подвижного состава. Свод правил применяется специализированными штатными подразделениями железных дороги специализированными подрядными организациями при создании высокоточной координатной системы и координатном (геодезическом) обеспечении проектирования, строительства, ремонта, реконструкции и эксплуатации инфраструктуры железнодорожного транспорта.
