Recommended Practice for the Design and Installation of Skylights for Natural Illumination of Rooms
Status: Effective
The recommendations contain information on modern designs of lamps with light-transmitting elements made of glass and polymeric materials intended for arranging natural lighting of buildings and structures. The Recommendations set forth the main requirements for lanterns — by design, heat transfer resistance, air penetration, bearing capacity, weather resistance, etc. The issues of installation and operation of lamps. The recommendations are intended for architects, engineering and technical workers of design and construction organizations, workers of building maintenance services, students of higher and secondary educational institutions.
