Recommended Practice. National Measurement Standards. Cement Materials. Method for Accelerated Determination of Freeze-Thaw Resistance of Concrete (Grout) According to Structural Mechanical Characteristics
Status: Effective
The recommendation applies to all types of concrete and mortar, except cellular, on cement binder with various additives, including polymer binder. The technique is intended for the accelerated determination of the composition of concrete with a given frost resistance and for the constant monitoring of the frost resistance of concrete and mortar during mass production and operation of products and structures at any construction sites and the effects of the water and salt medium.
