The recommendation establishes the equations for measuring thermal energy and the amount of coolant when taking account of their supply and consumption in water heating systems. The recommendation is intended for use in the development of measurement instruments, measurement techniques and heat metering and heat carrier metering point circuits.
Рекомендация устанавливает уравнения измерений тепловой энергии и количества теплоносителя при проведении учета их отпуска и потребления в водяных системах теплоснабжения. Рекомендация предназначена для использования при разработке средств измерений, методик выполнения измерений и схем узлов учета тепловой энергии и теплоносителя.
