Requirements for Development and Conservation of Mineral Waters and Therapeutic Muds Fields

The rules establish technical requirements for the design and implementation of projects for the development of medicinal mineral waters, therapeutic muds, as well as other minerals classified as medicinal (bischofite, naftalan, ozokerite, etc.), for their protection from pollution, damage and premature depletion. Requirements of the Rules are mandatory for all organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, individual entrepreneurs engaged in the preparation and implementation of projects for the extraction of the above minerals in the Russian Federation and within the continental shelf and marine exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation.
Правила устанавливают технические требования к составлению и реализации проектов разработки месторождений лечебных минеральных вод, лечебных грязей, а также других полезных ископаемых, отнесенных к категории лечебных (бишофита, нафталана, озокерита и др.), к их охране от загрязнения, порчи и преждевременного истощения. Требования Правил являются обязательными для всех организаций независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, индивидуальных предпринимателей, осуществляющих составление и реализацию проектов по добыче указанных выше полезных ископаемых на территории Российской Федерации и в пределах континентального шельфа и морской исключительной экономической зоны Российской Федерации.
