Status: Not effective - No longer valid. By order of the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region dated May 26, 2017 No. 193, the order of the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region dated December 17, 1999 No. 339, which approved the Territorial Building Standards, was declared invalid.
The standards set requirements for fire early warning detectors — a class of autonomous fire detectors, safety shut-off devices and waste disposal systems with automatic fire extinguishing of these systems in the design, reconstruction, overhaul and maintenance of residential buildings (individual low-rise housing, cottages, garden houses and etc.; public buildings, including trade pavilions and kiosks, as well as mobile outlets based on car trailers and The object communal services (including construction trailers, huts and other inventory of temporary structures), regardless of ownership. The requirements do not apply to the design of autonomous fire detectors in hazardous locations.
Нормы устанавливают требования, предъявляемые к извещателям раннего обнаружения пожара - классу автономных пожарных извещателей, устройствам защитного отключения и системам мусороудаления с автоматическим пожаротушением этих систем при проектировании, реконструкции, капитальном ремонте и эксплуатации жилых домов, (индивидуального малоэтажного жилищного строительства, коттеджей, садовых домиков и т.п. ; общественных зданий, в том числе торговых павильонов и киосков, а также передвижных торговых точек на базе автомобильных прицепов и объектов коммунального хозяйства (в том числе строительных вагончиков-бытовок, других инвентарных временных сооружений) независимо от форм собственности. Требования не распространяются на проектирование автономных пожарных извещателей во взрывоопасных помещениях.
