Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The rules and regulations apply to newly built and reconstructed single-apartment residential buildings intended for permanent residence of people and establish the requirements for their safety and other operational characteristics that are mandatory for all legal entities and individuals involved in the design and construction of houses. The norms also apply to blocked houses, residential units of which are autonomous and are considered as single-family houses if they: do not have premises located above the premises of other residential units; do not have common entrances, auxiliary premises, attics, subfields, communications mines; have independent heating and ventilation systems, as well as individual inputs and connections to external networks of centralized engineering systems.
Нормы и правила распространяются на вновь строящиеся и реконструируемые одноквартирные жилые дома, предназначенные для постоянного проживания людей и устанавливают требования к их безопасности и другим эксплуатационным характеристикам, обязательные для соблюдения всеми юридическими и физическими лицами, осуществляющими проектирование и строительство домов. Нормы распространяются также на блокированные дома, жилые блоки которых являются автономными и рассматриваются как одноквартирные дома, если они: не имеют помещений, расположенных над помещениями других жилых блоков; не имеют общих входов, вспомогательных помещений, чердаков, подполий, шахт коммуникаций; имеют самостоятельные системы отопления и вентиляции, а также индивидуальные вводы и подключения к внешним сетям централизованных инженерных систем.
