Status: Effective
Standards apply to the design of residential buildings up to 25 floors inclusive with the height of the upper floor of not more than 75.0 m (single and multi-family, including specialized apartment houses for the elderly and families with disabled people, dormitories for students of higher educational institutions and graduate students) and also on the design of reconstruction or modernization of four- and five-storey residential buildings of the first period of industrial housing. These rules and regulations do not apply to the design of inventory and mobile residential buildings, as well as buildings with temporary accommodation (motels and overnight houses).
Нормы распространяются на проектирование жилых зданий до 25 этажей включительно с высотой расположения верхнего этажа не более 75,0 м (одноквартирные и многоквартирные, в том числе специализированные квартирные жилые дома для престарелых и семей с инвалидами, общежития для студентов высших учебных заведений и аспирантов), а также на проектирование реконструкции или модернизации четырех- и пятиэтажных жилых домов первого периода индустриального домостроения. Настоящие нормы и правила не распространяются на проектирование инвентарных и мобильных жилых зданий, а также зданий с временным проживанием (мотели и ночлежные жилые дома).
