Status: Not effective - Superseded
Standards apply to the design of residential buildings up to 25 floors inclusive with a mark of the upper floor up to 68.5 m (single-family and multi-family, including specialized apartment houses for the elderly and families with disabled people, as well as dormitories for university students and post-graduate students ). These rules and regulations do not apply to the design of inventory and mobile residential buildings, buildings with occasional stays (motels, boarding houses, hotels, overnight houses), as well as the reconstruction and overhaul of the home.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование жилых зданий высотой до 25 этажей включительно с отметкой пола верхнего этажа до 68,5 м (одноквартирные и многоквартирные, в том числе специализированные квартирные жилые дома для престарелых и семей с инвалидами, а также общежития для студентов высших учебных заведений и аспирантов). Настоящие нормы и правила не распространяются на проектирование инвентарных и мобильных жилых зданий, зданий с эпизодическим проживанием (мотели, пансионаты, гостиницы, ночлежные жилые дома), а также на реконструкцию и капитальный ремонт жилища.
