These Rules establish the procedure for certification of personnel testing laboratories (IL), performing measurements, analysis, testing (testing) materials, parts, technical devices, structures and their elements at hazardous industrial facilities, energy facilities and environmental control (measurement).
Настоящие Правила устанавливают порядок аттестации персонала испытательных лабораторий (ИЛ), выполняющего измерения, анализ, испытания (испытания) материалов, деталей, технических устройств, сооружений и их элементов на опасных производственных объектах, объектах энергетики и экологический контроль (измерения).
