Safety Requirements for Construction of Underground Structures

Status: Effective

The rules establish uniform requirements for safe working conditions during the construction of underground facilities for organizations of all forms of ownership and departmental subordination (except for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation), including foreign organizations and individuals operating in the Russian Federation, as well as for organizations working abroad in the construction of underground structures carried out by forces and under technical instructions Russian experts.

Правила устанавливают единые требования по безопасным условиям труда при строительстве подземных сооружений для организаций всех форм собственности и ведомственной подчиненности (кроме Министерства обороны Российской Федерации и Министерства топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации), включая иностранные организации и физические лица, осуществляющие свою деятельность на территории Российской Федерации, а также для организаций, работающих за рубежом на строительстве подземных сооружений, выполняемых силами и под техническим руководством российских специалистов.
