The rules are obligatory for all officials of organizations that include under construction, reconstructed and operating tailing facilities, for design, construction, commissioning, maintenance, research and other organizations that carry out the relevant work on tailing facilities.
Правила обязательны для всех должностных лиц организаций, в состав которых входят строящиеся, реконструируемые и действующие хвостовые хозяйства, для работников проектных, строительных, пусконаладочных, ремонтных, научно - исследовательских и других организаций, выполняющих соответствующие работы по хвостовым хозяйствам.
