The rules are interdepartmental and apply to all newly designed paint and varnish production (regardless of ownership). The order and timing of bringing reconstructed, started construction and existing production in accordance with these Rules are determined by the heads of enterprises and design organizations in coordination with the Gosgortechnadzor of Russia.
Правила являются межведомственными и распространяются на все вновь проектируемые лакокрасочные производства (независимо от форм собственности). Порядок и сроки приведения реконструируемых, начатых строительством и действующих производств в соответствие с настоящими Правилами определяются руководителями предприятий и проектных организаций по согласованию с Госгортехнадзором России.
