Safety Requirements for the Construction/Rehabilitation and Operation of Underground Facilities Used for the Purposes Unrelated to the Extraction of Mineral Resources

Status: Not effective
The rules are interdisciplinary and apply to objects and enterprises, regardless of their forms of ownership, placed in specially mined underground workings or formed during the extraction of minerals, other mining operations, and natural cavities, and are mandatory for administrative and technical managers facilities, workers, employees of research, design and other organizations and institutions working in the field of subsoil use for purposes not related mining. The requirements of the Rules do not apply to underground storage facilities for gas, oil and petroleum products, transportation and collector tunnels, as well as metros.
Правила являются межотраслевыми и распространяются на объекты и предприятия, независимо от их форм собственности, размещенные в специально пройденных подземных выработках или образовавшихся при добыче полезных ископаемых, проведении других горных работ, а также естественных полостях, и обязательны для административно-технических руководителей и других должностных лиц объектов, трудящихся, работников научно-исследовательских, проектных и других организаций и учреждений, работающих в области использования недр, в целях, не связанных с добычей полезных ископаемых. Требования Правил не распространяются на объекты подземного хранения газа, нефти и нефтепродуктов, транспортные и коллекторные тоннели, а также метрополитены.
