Sanitary Regulations for the Design, Construction, and Operation of Non-Recycled Industrial Waste Disposal Sites

Sanitary regulations contain practical guidelines and guidelines for the design and operation of landfill sites for solid industrial waste that cannot be recycled. The regulations governing the construction and operation of landfills for the disposal of radioactive waste are developed by the concerned ministries and departments. Sanitary regulations are intended for design organizations, ministries and departments of the USSR and union republics, public utilities workers, doctors of sanitary-epidemiological stations, research institutes and environmental protection services of industrial profile, laboratories at landfills for waste disposal, individual industrial enterprises.

Санитарные правила содержат практические указания и основные положения по устройству и эксплуатации полигонов складирования твердых промышленных отходов, не подлежащих вторичной переработке. Нормативы, регламентирующие строительство и эксплуатацию полигонов для захоронения радиоактивных отходов, разрабатываются заинтересованными министерствами и ведомствами. Санитарные правила предназначены для проектных организаций, министерств и ведомств СССР и союзных республик, работников коммунального хозяйства, врачей санитарно-эпидемиологических станций, научно-исследовательских институтов и служб по охране окружающей среды промышленного профиля, лабораторий на полигонах по захоронению отходов, отдельных промышленных предприятий.
