These safety standards apply to self-propelled and non-self-propelled special rolling stock delivered to the rail transport of the Russian Federation and are used for certification in the certification system established by the federal executive body in the field of rail transport.
Настоящие нормы безопасности распространяются на поставляемый железнодорожному транспорту Российской Федерации самоходный и несамоходный специальный подвижной состав (СПС) и применяются при проведении сертификации в системе сертификации, созданной федеральным органом исполнительной власти в области железнодорожного транспорта.
