The standard instruction has been developed in accordance with the Rules for the Application of Technical Devices at Hazardous Production Facilities, Approved. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 1998 No. 1540, Rules for the Organization and Implementation of Production Control over Compliance with the Industrial Safety Requirements at a Hazardous Production Facility, Approved. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.03.99 No. 263, Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Cranes (PB 10-3822-00), approved. Resolution of the Gosgortekhnadzor RFot dated December 31, 1999 No. 98, and establishes the duties of engineering and technical personnel responsible for keeping cranes in good condition.
Типовая инструкция разработана в соответствии с Правилами применения технических устройств на опасных производственных объектах, утв. постановлением Правительства РФ от 25.12.98 № 1540, Правилами организации и осуществления производственного контроля за соблюдением требований промышленной безопасности на опасном производственном объекте, утв. постановлением Правительства РФ от 10.03.99 № 263, Правилами устройства и безопасной эксплуатации грузоподъемных кранов (ПБ 10- 382-00), утв. постановлением Госгортехнадзора РФот 31.12.99 № 98, и устанавливает должностные обязанности инженерно-технических работников, ответственных за содержание грузоподъемных кранов в исправном состоянии.
