The rules establish the main provisions and procedures for organizing the maintenance and repair of equipment for heat and hydraulic power plants, heat in electrical networks, buildings and structures of power plants and networks, planning and financing repairs, preparing for repairs, performing repairs, accepting repairs, assessing the quality of repairs equipment, buildings and structures and repair work. The rules are intended for organizations and enterprises of electric power industry, carrying out planning of repair, organization and production of repair work, development of technical documentation for the repair of equipment, buildings and structures.
Правила устанавливают основные положения и порядок организации технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования тепловых и гидравлических электростанций, тепловых в электрических сетей, зданий и сооружений электростанций и сетей, планирования и финансирования ремонтных работ, подготовки к ремонту, производства ремонтных работ, приемки из ремонта, оценки качества отремонтированного оборудования, зданий и сооружений и выполнения ремонтных работ. Правила предназначены для организаций и предприятий электроэнергетики, осуществляющих планирование ремонта, организации и производство ремонтных работ, разработку технической документации на ремонт оборудования, зданий и сооружений.
