13.1 TP extends to quality control of installation of external water supply networks from pressure pipes of high-strength cast iron (TU 14-3-1848-92), produced by the Sinarsky Pipe Plant, and cast-iron connecting parts (GOST 5525). 13.2 TP extends to quality control of installation of external systems for domestic sewage from asbestos-cement pressure pipes manufactured according to GOST 539-80, classes BT 6 and BT 9, as well as wells from reinforced concrete rings. 13.3 This regulation applies to the quality control of construction and installation of outdoor heating systems made of industrial pipe elements and fittings with polyurethane foam insulation and an external waterproofing sheath for ductless or duct installation of heat and water supply networks during construction, renovation or repair of residential and public facilities. 13.4 TP extends to the quality control of the installation of outdoor telephone conduit systems (communication channels) from various pipes: asbestos-cement, according to GOST 1839-80 * and according to GOST 539-80 *; polyethylene (PVD and PND) according to GOST 18599-83 *, GOST 22689.2-89 and TU 6-19-224-83; polyvinyl chloride (PVC) on THE 6-19-23-87 and TU 6-19-307-86; polypropylene (PP0 according to TU 38.102.100-89 and tU 4926-005-41989945-97, as well as wells from reinforced concrete.
13.1 ТР распространяется на контроль качества монтажа наружных сетей водоснабжения из напорных труб из высокопрочного чугуна (ТУ 14-3-1848-92), производства Синарского трубного завода, и чугунных соединительных частей (ГОСТ 5525). 13.2 ТР распространяется на контроль качества монтажа наружных систем бытовой канализации из асбестоцементных напорных труб, изготовляемых по ГОСТ 539-80, классов ВТ 6 и ВТ 9, а также колодцев из железобетонных колец. 13.3 Настоящий регламент распространяется на контроль качества строительства и монтажа систем наружного теплоснабжения, выполненных из индустриальных трубных элементов и фасонных деталей с пенополиуретановой изоляцией и наружной гидроизолирующей оболочкой при бесканальной или канальной прокладке сетей тепловодоснабжения в ходе строительства, реконструкции или ремонта объектов жилищного и общественного назначения. 13.4 ТР распространяется на контроль качества монтажа наружных систем телефонной канализации (каналов связи) из различных труб: асбестоцементных, по ГОСТ 1839-80* и по ГОСТ 539-80*; полиэтиленовых (ПВД и ПНД) по ГОСТ 18599-83*, ГОСТ 22689.2-89 и ТУ 6-19-224-83; поливинилхлоридных (ПВХ) по ТУ 6-19-23-87 и тУ 6-19-307-86; полипропиленовых (ПП0 по ТУ 38.102.100-89 и тУ 4926-005-41989945-97, а также колодцев из железобетона.
