Standard Technical Requirements Hydraulic Turbine Equipment Delivered to Hydroelectric Power Plants by Manufacturers

Typical technical requirements should be used when: - the preparation of technical requirements (TT), technical specifications (TK) and technical conditions (TU) for a specific water turbine in the case of creating new (modernized) equipment, systems and technologies; - examination of technical projects submitted to the auction; - conducting acceptance tests; - the occurrence of conflict situations. These TTTs determine the technical parameters of the main components and elements of hydroturbine equipment with impellers of rotary-blade (PL), radial-axial (RO) and propeller type (PR), which are supplied by manufacturers to domestic hydroelectric power plants (HPP).
Типовые технические требования должны использоваться при: - составлении технических требований (ТТ), технических заданий (ТЗ) и технических условий (ТУ) на конкретную гидротурбину в случае создания нового (модернизируемого) оборудования, систем и технологий; - проведении экспертизы технических проектов, представляемых на торги; - проведении приемосдаточных испытаний; - возникновении конфликтных ситуаций. Настоящие ТТТ определяют технические параметры основных узлов и элементов гидротурбинного оборудования с рабочими колесами поворотно-лопастного (ПЛ), радиально-осевого (РО) и пропеллерного вида (ПР), которые поставляются заводами-изготовителями на отечественные гидроэлектростанции (ГЭС).
