Recommendations apply to commercial oil acceptance points that are part of trunk pipelines, as well as at their borders, where they receive from suppliers and delivery to consumers of oil, and establish basic provisions for their metrological and technical support. Recommendations can be used by organizations and enterprises engaged in acceptance operations with liquid hydrocarbons.
Рекомендации распространяются на приемо-сдаточные пункты товарной нефти, находящиеся в составе магистральных нефтепроводов, а также на их границах, на которых осуществляют прием от поставщиков и сдачу потребителям нефти, и устанавливают основные положения по их метрологическому и техническому обеспечению. Рекомендации могут быть использованы организациями и предприятиями, осуществляющими приемо-сдаточные операции с жидкими углеводородами.
