This recommendation establishes a methodology for measuring the volume of natural gas in the Moscow region by measuring complexes based on narrowing devices with recording measurement results on charts of recording devices or other primary transducers or using calculators or flow meters and meters of various types and using these results in distributing unbalance between the supplier and consumers.
Настоящая рекомендация устанавливает методику выполнения измерений объема природного газа в Московской области измерительными комплексами на базе сужающих устройств с регистрацией результатов измерений на диаграммах самопишущих приборов или других первичных преобразователей или с помощью вычислителей, или расходомеров и счетчиков различного типа и использования этих результатов при распределении небаланса между поставщиком и потребителями.
