Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The recommendations apply to the following types of tanks of pumping stations, loading points of sea and river terminals and tank farms in the system of main oil pipelines: - vertical steel cylindrical with a fixed roof; - vertical steel cylindrical with a pontoon with a stationary roof; - vertical steel cylindrical floating roof; - cylindrical reinforced concrete, rectangular with a stationary roof; - cylindrical reinforced concrete with a pontoon with a stationary roof; - reinforced concrete cylindrical floating roof pumping stations, loading points of sea and river terminals and oil depots in the system of main oil pipelines; - horizontal steel cylindrical tanks. These recommendations establish: - General requirements for the intended use, maintenance; - requirements for metrological support of tank operation; - measures to ensure the safe operation of tanks, labor protection during the operation of tanks; - requirements for the organization and conduct of work by personnel during the operation of tanks; - the order of registration of operational documentation for tanks.
Рекомендации распространяются на следующие типы резервуаров перекачивающих станций, наливных пунктов морских и речных терминалов и нефтебаз в системе магистральных нефтепроводов: - вертикальные стальные цилиндрические со стационарной крышей; - вертикальные стальные цилиндрические с понтом со стационарной крышей; - вертикальные стальные цилиндрические с плавающей крышей; - железобетонные цилиндрические, прямоугольные со стационарной крышей; - железобетонные цилиндрические с понтоном со стационарной крышей; - железобетонные цилиндрические с плавающей крышей перекачивающих станций, наливных пунктов морских и речных терминалов и нефтебаз в системе магистральных нефтепроводов; - горизонтальные стальные цилиндрические резервуары. Настоящие рекомендации устанавливают: - общие требования к использованию по назначению, техническому обслуживанию; - требования к метрологическому обеспечению эксплуатации резервуаров; - меры по обеспечению безопасного функционирования резервуаров, охраны труда при эксплуатации резервуаров; - требования к организации и проведению работ персоналом в процессе эксплуатации резервуаров; - порядок оформления эксплуатационной документации на резервуары.
