This recommendation establishes the main provisions and the procedure for organizing the metrological provision for the accounting of mass of petroleum products, as well as the procedure for metering petroleum products, conducting accounting and settlement operations and processing executive balances of the movement of petroleum products during their transportation through the system of trunk pipelines of Transnefteprodukt OJSC.
Настоящая рекомендация устанавливает основные положения и порядок организации метрологического обеспечения учета массы нефтепродуктов, а также порядок учета нефтепродуктов, проведения учетно-расчетных операций и оформления исполнительных балансов движения нефтепродуктов при их транспортировке по системе магистральных нефтепродуктопроводов ОАО 'АК «Транснефтепродукт'.
