The set of rules applies to the design of reinforcement or restoration of reinforced concrete structures of industrial and civil buildings and structures by constructing an external reinforcement system with composite materials from thermosetting materials reinforced with carbon or glass fibers. The set of rules establishes requirements for the calculation of reinforced concrete structures reinforced or restored by external reinforcement systems made of composite materials and the design of these systems for reinforcing or restoring reinforced concrete structures of heavy and fine-grained concrete, which are subject to the requirements of SP 63.13330.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование усиления или восстановления железобетонных конструкций промышленных и гражданских зданий и сооружений путем устройства системы внешнего армирования композитными материалами из термореактивных материалов, армированных углеродными или стеклянными волокнами. Свод правил устанавливает требования к расчету железобетонных конструкций, усиленных или восстановленных системами внешнего армирования из композитных материалов и проектированию данных систем для усиления или восстановления железобетонных конструкций из тяжелого и мелкозернистого бетонов, на которые распространяются требования СП 63.13330.
