The recommendation applies to systems of measuring the quantity and quality of oil, light oil products, liquid hydrocarbons and calibration equipment (flow standards) used for the metrological support of flow meters operated as part of measurement systems that have been put into commercial operation in the prescribed manner.
Рекомендация распространяется на введенные в промышленную эксплуатацию в установленном порядке системы измерений количества и показателей качества нефти, светлых нефтепродуктов, жидких углеводородов и поверочные установки (рабочие эталоны расхода), применяемые для метрологического обеспечения преобразователей расхода, эксплуатируемых в составе систем измерений.
