The protective shelters of civil defense

Status: Effective
The set of rules establishes requirements for the calculation taking into account dynamic loads, according to space-planning and design solutions, to sanitary-technical systems, electrical devices, communications and fire safety requirements, as well as requirements for conducting surveys of the technical condition of existing civil defense structures. The set of rules applies to the design of new and survey of existing civil defense structures. 1.3 for metros this code of rules is valid only in terms of loads and design characteristics of materials (sections 7 and 8).
Свод правил устанавливает требования по расчету с учетом динамических нагрузок, по объемно-планировочным и конструктивным решениям, к санитарно-техническим системам, электротехническим устройствам, связи и противопожарные требования, а также требования к проведению обследований технического состояния существующих защитных сооружений гражданской обороны. Свод правил распространяется на проектирование новых и обследование существующих защитных сооружений гражданской обороны. 1.3 для метрополитенов данный свод правил действителен только в части нагрузок и расчетных характеристик материалов (разделы 7 и 8).
