Status: Effective
The set of rules applies to the design of new and reconstructed trunk pipelines and branches from them with a nominal diameter of up to DN 1400 inclusive with an overpressure of the medium over 1.2 to 10 MPa inclusive (when they are laid and laid in technical corridors) for transportation of: a) oil, petroleum products (including stable condensate and stable gasoline), natural, petroleum and artificial hydrocarbon gases from the areas of their production (from oil fields), production or storage to consumption sites (n eftebaz, transshipment bases, loading points, gas distribution stations, individual industrial and agricultural enterprises and ports); b) liquefied hydrocarbon gases of C3 and C4 fractions and their mixtures, unstable gasoline and condensate of petroleum gas and other liquefied hydrocarbons with the elasticity of saturated vapors at a temperature of plus 40 degrees Celsius not more than 1.6 MPa from the areas of their production (trades) or production (from head pumping stations) to the place of consumption; c) commercial products within the compressor station, oil pumping station, pumping station, underground gas storage stations, booster compressor station, gas distribution station and gas flow metering unit; d) pulsed, fuel and start-up gas for CS, SPGG, DKS, GDS, UZRG and gas reduction point.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование новых и реконструируемых магистральных трубопроводов и ответвлений от них номинальным диаметром до DN 1400 включительно с избыточным давлением среды свыше 1,2 до 10 МПа включительно (при одиночной их прокладке и прокладке в технических коридорах) для транспортирования: а) нефти, нефтепродуктов (в том числе стабильного конденсата и стабильного бензина), природного, нефтяного и искусственного углеводородных газов из районов их добычи (от промыслов), производства или хранения до мест потребления (нефтебаз, перевалочных баз, пунктов налива, газораспределительных станций, отдельных промышленных и сельскохозяйственных предприятий и портов); б) сжиженных углеводородных газов фракций С3 и С4 и их смесей, нестабильного бензина и конденсата нефтяного газа и других сжиженных углеводородов с упругостью насыщенных паров при температуре плюс 40 градусов Цельсия не свыше 1,6 МПа из районов их добычи (промыслов) или производства (от головных перекачивающих насосных станций) до места потребления; в) товарной продукции в пределах компрессорной станции, нефтеперекачивающей станции, перекачивающей станции, станций подземного хранения газа, дожимной компрессорной станции, газораспределительной станции и узла замера расхода газа; г) импульсного, топливного и пускового газа для КС, СПХГ, ДКС, ГРС, УЗРГ и пункта редуцирования газа.
