Uniform Safety Requirements for Underground Development of Mineral Deposits Using Opencast Method

Uniform safety rules for the development of mineral deposits by the open method are mandatory for all organizations (regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership) carrying out this type of activity. The objects of open pit mining are - quarries, mines, dredged polygons, heap leaching facilities, as well as mining sites for waste dumps, substandard ore of mines, quarries, hydraulic dumps of processing plants, ash dumps and slag dumps of thermal power plants and metallurgical enterprises.
Единые правила безопасности при разработке месторождений полезных ископаемых открытым способом обязательны для выполнения всеми организациями (независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности), осуществляющими данный вид деятельности. Объектами открытых горных работ являются - карьеры, прииски, дражные полигоны, объекты кучного выщелачивания, а также объекты разработки породных отвалов, некондиционных руд шахт, карьеров, гидроотвалов обогатительных фабрик, золоотвалов и шлакоотвалов ТЭЦ и металлургических предприятий.
