Work Management Procedure for Environmental Protection During Well Construction
Status: Not effective - Superseded
The Regulation defines the procedure and basic rules for the implementation of environmental requirements in the construction of wells, taking into account the peculiarities of the environment, the nature of the existing economic activity and traditional environmental management. The requirements of the Regulations are obligatory for drilling companies, companies and organizations involved in conducting engineering surveys, designing, building, overhauling, preserving and abandoning wells, as well as in the process of land reclamation and returning them to the previous land user.
