The list applies to objects of the Ministry of Railways of Russia at all stages of their creation and operation. The list is developed in accordance with VNTP 05-97 and NPB 110-99. The list includes buildings and premises of the MPS facilities that ensure uninterrupted operation of railway transport, as well as buildings and premises with a mass stay of passengers and storage of transported goods.
Перечень распространяется на объекты МПС России на всех этапах их создания и эксплуатации. Перечень разработан в соответствии с ВНТП 05-97 и НПБ 110-99. В Перечень включены здания и помещения объектов МПС, обеспечивающих бесперебойную работу железнодорожного транспорта, а также здания и помещения с массовым пребыванием пассажиров и хранением перевозимых грузов.
