Standards regulate the basic requirements of the process, standards for the organization of production, special requirements of the process to buildings, structures and equipment, as well as the requirements for environmental protection. The standards are intended for design and construction organizations related to the design and construction of new, expansion and reconstruction of existing enterprises of the confectionery industry, as well as bodies approving design and estimate documentation.
Нормы регламентируют основные требования технологического процесса, нормативы по оорганизации производства, специальные требования технологического процесса к зданиям, сооружениям и оборудованию, а также требования, предъявляемые к охране окружающей среды. Нормы предназначены для проектных, строительных организаций, связанных с проектированием и строительством новых, расширением и реконструкцией действующих предприятий кондитерской промышленности, а также органов, утверждающих проектно-сметную документацию.
