The requirements of this Instruction apply to the design of new and reconstruction of existing buildings and structures of alcohol, alcoholic beverage and brandy enterprises of the food industry and are mandatory for all organizations and enterprises engaged in the design of fire and explosion hazardous industries, workshops, offices, sites, as well as the operation and development of equipment for these enterprises Food Industry.
Требования настоящей Инструкции распространяются на проектирование новых и реконструкцию существующих зданий и сооружений спиртовых, ликероводочных и коньячных предприятий пищевой промышленности и являются обязательными для всех организаций и предприятий, занимающихся проектированием взрывопожароопасных производств, цехов, отделений, участков, а также эксплуатацией и разработкой оборудования для указанных предприятий пищевой промышленности.
